Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are hosted by the sister project and are held at 65 Fairchild Street on Daniel Island in the Blackbaud building.

All-inclusive: organic, pasture-raised, or grass-fed ingredients. Complimentary wine.

If you would like to attend the class with your crew only,

it is possible to accommodate your group on a certain day.

Pantry Guru

Here I bring ALL my experience, years of work, and study to your home, your very own pantry!

We will go through your diet and though you pantry.

I will toss (put aside…) what you should not have in your diet while offering a healthy alternative!

I will teach you how to read though labels.

I will make a complimentary healthy dish for you.

It might be a tough 2 hours, but it may change your perception of food and the food industry forever.

The Cooking Class “Fundamental”

Do you think this is a Time to make changes in your diet? Or, maybe you are eating clean but feel like missing something? Or, is it time to learn how to cook from scratch?

In this class, we discuss details most people are missing, and I will show you a low-cost change you can make to your diet immediately to start seeing a difference.

I will share knowledge on how to stay in shape and not follow any diet.

I will prove that cooking from scratch will cost you less money and time than you think while using organic ingredients, and pasture-raised and grass-fed products.

I will show you a few life hacks you will love to implement in your diet and kitchen routine.

The class is gluten-free in its nature and may be especially beneficial if you need to follow a gluten-free diet.

The Cooking Class “Pasta”

If we allow some gluten in our lives, let it be worth every bite!

We will learn how to make two types of stuffed pasta from scratch! You will have a great hand zone and learn FOR SURE how to make pasta.
